Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader to drive service excellence on shift. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to keep the operation running smoothly and to keep customers happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate duties during busy periods and uphold safety, legality and cleanliness. A positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork are essential to deliver a warm welcome and memorable experiences across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, and address issues quickly and safely.
• Be a positive role model for service and customer welcome.
