Job summary

Asda in Harworth is seeking a Team Leader to run the day-to-day operations of your department, leading by example and delivering the best possible service to customers. You’ll help manage stock, support new starters and step in to resolve issues on the shop floor, working closely with your manager to uphold high standards.

This full-time role is 36 hours per week with a daytime shift pattern and a permanent contract, offering a competitive pay rate of £14.10 per hour and a range of colleagues’

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to‑day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go‑to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
