Job summary

Locala Community Dental Services (CDS) is seeking a Team Leader to provide operational leadership and support across our dental services. You will lead designated teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive improvements to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role offers permanent employment, 37.5 hours per week, and a Band 7 salary (£49,387 - £56,515). You will work at Locala Community Dental Sites across the region and collaborate with clinicians, nurses and administrative staff to

As Team Leader, you will work closely with clinicians, dental nurses and administrative staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of services. You will promote a positive working culture, support service development, and ensure that patients receive safe, effective and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to designated teams within Community Dental Services.
• Support staff development, performance management and wellbeing.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a motivated and approachable leader with:
