Job summary

Locala Community Dental Services is seeking a proactive Team Leader to provide operational leadership across dental services. You will work with clinicians, dental nurses and admin staff to ensure smooth daily operations, promote a positive culture and support service development, ensuring safe and compassionate patient care.

The role focuses on coordinating resources, maintaining high standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders to support service

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within healthcare or dental services.
