Job summary

Greene King pubs are community hubs, and as a Team Leader you’ll lead by example to make sure the shift runs like clockwork. You’ll ensure the team has everything they need, uphold high standards, and keep customers happy with great service.

You’ll deputise for the management team, help organise the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe and compliant, and enjoy rewards such as pension contributions and staff discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus with ability to create memorable experiences.
• Ability to deputise for management and resolve issues.
• Experience coordinating a busy team during shifts.
• Commitment to safety, legality and cleanliness of the bar.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
