Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide our pub teams, ensuring shifts run smoothly and customers remain happy. You’ll model high standards, resolve issues quickly and support the management team during busy periods.

We’re looking for approachable leaders who can organise staff, maintain legal compliance, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Join us and develop with one of the industry’s top apprenticeship providers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team during busy shifts.
• Ensure safety, legality and cleanliness of the bar.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
