Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy pub shift, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and deputise for the management team when required.

In this role you’ll ensure the bar operates safely and efficiently, maintain allergen controls, and promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests. English proficiency is essential to communicate with staff and customers.
