Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader in Linlithgow to guide a busy pub team and ensure excellent customer service. You will support the management, coordinate shifts, and maintain safety and compliance across the bar.

Lead by example, train colleagues, and drive a welcoming, efficient operation that delivers great experiences for guests and supports a thriving community pub culture.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coordinate a busy shift and maintain standards.
• Sufficient spoken and written English for safety and allergen awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean, and issues are addressed promptly.
