Greene King in Edinburgh is seeking a Team Leader to drive shift delivery, support a friendly customer experience, and uphold safety and compliance across the bar. You will lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need to perform at their best.

You will deputise for managers, organise the team during busy periods, and maintain high standards of service while keeping the bar safe and compliant. This role offers career progression within Greene King’s pubs.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
