Job summary

Ann Summers is seeking a Team Leader for the White City store. You will guide the retail team to deliver outstanding service, motivate and coach the team, and ensure the store performs to targets while maintaining brand standards.

You will manage in-store operations, create a high-energy sales environment, and foster a supportive, organised work culture that reflects the brand’s values. Great induction and staff discounts accompany this role.
