Job summary

Ann Summers in Cardiff is seeking a confident Retail Team Leader to energise the shop floor, lead and motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This permanent, full-time role offers strong benefits and the chance to progress within a vibrant retail brand.

You will drive sales, coach staff, manage keyholder duties and maintain high visual/operational standards while upholding Ann Summers' values and inclusive culture.
