We are seeking a new Care Team Leader at Caremark Worcester and Malvern Hills. In this position, you can leverage your experience and grow within the care industry. If you are ready to take the next step, you will work closely with the office management team and colleagues to deliver the best quality care.

Note: This role is primarily to provide care and support to customers. However, as a Care Team Leader, you would be expected to assist the Field Care Supervisor with the following:

• Shadow new staff during shifts, providing a full introduction to care, ensuring staff are aware of procedures and understand their roles. Support staff retention and ensure understanding of how Access works.
• Report concerns regarding staff or customers to the office.
• Ensure medication is administered correctly to customers.
• Build rapport with staff, customers, and office personnel. Promote Caremark Worcester and Malvern Hills.
