Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader who will support managers, coach the team, and drive sales to hit store targets. Your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

You will motivate colleagues, understand our products, and handle customer inquiries while maintaining excellent service. Prior supervisory experience is welcome but not essential, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach and ability to deliver excellent store experiences.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
• Experience or potential in supervisory or team-leading roles is desirable but not required.

Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
