Zusammenfassung

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support managers, coach the team, and coordinate daily tasks while driving sales and helping us hit store targets. Your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

We value customer focus, strong communication, resilience and a friendly, approachable manner. Prior supervisory experience is helpful but not essential as training and development are provided.

Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Team Leader would include:

• Going the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic store experience
• Motivating and supporting the team by leading from the front
• Having a sound understanding of our products and offering guidance to our customers
• Taking ownership of customer complaints and dealing with them professionally
