Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support managers, coach the team, and drive sales to meet store targets. You may work evenings and weekends as part of the shift pattern to ensure customers are served when needed.

You'll motivate staff, lead from the front, and use strong product knowledge to guide customers while owning and resolving complaints professionally, contributing to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Job description

Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
