Job summary

OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support managers, coach the team, and drive sales while helping the store meet its targets. Your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

You will lead by example, ensure a fantastic store experience for customers, and take ownership of issues with professionalism. Some supervisory experience is desirable but not essential; full training and accredited development plans are provided.

Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
