Ed's Easy Diner in Ellesmere Port is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead our team and keep the nostalgic rock 'n' roll vibe alive. You will manage shifts, mentor staff, and ensure guests experience the classic diner experience.

Cheshire Oaks is one of the largest Designer Outlet Malls in Europe, and is located in Ellesmere Port, north of Chester. With 106 seats, it is one of the largest Ed's Easy Diners, ready for the considerable number of visitors to the 145-plus shops. And now there's even more reason to come!

Your Role

As a Supervisor at Ed’s, you’ll be the driving force behind our diner’s success. You’ll lead by example, ensuring that every guest enjoys not just a meal, but a moment of nostalgia, complete with a side of rock ‘n’ roll. From managing shifts to mentoring team members, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile.
