Job summary

Lifeways Group in Mansfield is seeking a confident Team Leader to inspire a team of Support Workers and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

You’ll manage rotas, support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs, and engage families and professionals to promote independence and dignity.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support. You’ll be responsible for:

Who We’re Looking For

Shift Pattern

• Morning shifts: 8:00am – 3pm
• Afternoon shifts: 3pm – 10:00pm
• Full flexibility required, including weekends
• Night cover may also be needed
