What is the job role?

You will carry out professional supervision of Social Workers and Community Case Workers, supporting their development and continuous professional growth. The role involves leading safeguarding enquiries, acting on behalf of the service manager in their absence, managing performance, overseeing daily operations, monitoring and improving quality, and contributing to service development.

This challenging yet rewarding role is within a busy, vibrant team. We seek a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with experience in Adult Social Care. Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 is essential, along with the ability to support your team within this legislative framework. We value individuals committed to achieving positive outcomes.

This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is conditional upon a satisfactory DBS check.
