Job summary

Asda in Chelmsley Wood is seeking a Team Leader to manage the daily operations of your department and to lead by example on the shop floor. You’ll support colleagues, help with stock, and ensure customers receive excellent service.

The role is full-time (36 hours weekly) with a 14.10 GBP per hour rate. You’ll work closely with your manager to maintain high standards and motivate the team, including supporting new starters.

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service.
