Job summary

Home Bargains in Colchester is seeking a Team Leader to work closely with the management team, helping to set priorities and drive daily performance on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure customers receive excellent service while maintaining store standards.

The role offers full-time hours, a fast-paced retail environment, and clear paths for development within our expanding business.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong ability to lead and coach teams on the shop floor.
• Excellent customer service and drive to improve service.
