Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Team Leader at Botley Road, Oxford. You will work with the management team to keep daily priorities on track, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure excellent customer service while guiding your team through busy shifts.

In this fast-paced role, you will develop leadership skills, support colleagues, and help create a welcoming store environment where both customers and staff feel valued. This is a real opportunity to grow with a dynamic retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Be confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate key skills and behaviours: prioritise tasks, deliver great customer service, communicate clearly, guide and support others to meet store standards and targets.

Responsibilities

• This role and location qualifies for a £3,000 FTE Regional Allowance. This allowance is non-contractual and non-transferable.
• 44 hours per week
