Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Team Leader in Rushden Lakes (RUL) on a permanent part-time basis. You will guide a retail team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock, visual merchandising, and store operations, while promoting health and safety.

• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
