Job summary

Costa is seeking a Team Leader for the St Andrew Square Edinburgh store. The role is 30 hours per week across 5 days with a mix of weekend and weekday work. Full training provided and retail experience is welcome but not essential.

You will train and support Baristas, energise the team, maintain service and coffee excellence, and stay adaptable to keep operations running smoothly. Costa offers a 50% discount on food and drink in Costa-owned stores.

Job description
