Job summary

Costa Coffee in Bath is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You will train and guide our Baristas, energise the team and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

As a capable leader, you’ll communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing demands, helping deliver memorable experiences for every customer and ensuring smooth daily operations.
