Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support our barista team across shifts in a fast-paced store. You will lead operations, ensure smooth service, and uphold coffee excellence while coaching staff.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, strong communication, and a proactive, upbeat attitude. The role supports flexible shifts and a dynamic team environment within Costa stores.
