Location: Markham Vale 2 Warehouse

Type: Full-time and permanent

Shift and Salary

Shift: 4 On 4 Off, 18:00 - 06:00

Salary: £12.21 per hour + £1.00 per hour Team Leader payment

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
• Carrying out return-to-work interviews.
• Managing and motivating the team to ensure productivity is achieved.
• Developing and training team members to maximize their contributions.
• Conducting daily briefings to keep the team informed.
• Ensuring warehouse compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
• Achieving shift performance targets.
• Utilizing resources effectively at all times.
