As a sous chef, you will lead with passion, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. You will inspire and engage your team, fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team through training and development to achieve excellence
• Managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and ensuring adequate staffing
• Maintaining food safety, health standards, and understanding financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual contributions
