Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to run busy shifts, ensuring a warm customer experience and efficient operations. You will lead by example, deputise for managers, and coordinate the team to keep service smooth and compliant.

You'll foster a welcoming atmosphere, handle issues promptly, and maintain safety, hygiene, and allergen controls. A strong English communicator with a positive approach will thrive in this role.

As a Team Leader, you will...

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
