OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to provide support to managers, coach the team, and coordinate work to drive sales and store targets. You may work evenings and weekends as part of the shift pattern. You will lead from the front, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, resilience, and an approachable manner to guide colleagues and handle complaints professionally.

About the role

Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Team Leader would include:
