Job summary

Benugo is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Benugo John Lewis Cheadle to oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality product and service. You will lead, coach and motivate the team while supporting the management in driving sales and service improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong food & beverage knowledge and exceptional customer service and leadership skills. This full-time role offers a £13.50 per hour rate, with shifts five days out of seven, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring our product and service are consistently of the highest standard
• Supervise, manage and motivate the team
• Support management in working towards improving sales and service
• Maintain high levels of Food Safety and Health & Safety at all times
• Handle cash, stock control and stocktaking with accurate cash reconciliation and inventory management

Rate: £13.50 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends

Contract: Full Time

About the Team Leader role:

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
• Cash handling , stock control and stocktaking, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation and effective inventory management.

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
