Job summary

Benugo Limited seeks an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Benugo John Lewis Cheadle. Rate £13.50 per hour, contract: Full Time.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise and motivate the team, and support management in driving sales and service while ensuring Food and Health & Safety standards. Benefits include free lunch, unlimited tea/coffee, 50% discount, life assurance and career development opportunities.

• Experience leading a team in a food service environment.

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
• Cash handling , stock control and stocktaking, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation and effective inventory management.
