Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Cardiff. The Team Leader will oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating work schedules, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves training new employees, resolving customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets.
