Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, and be capable of leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives
