• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge
• Willingness to develop personally and help improve the team

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
• Consistently produce high-quality dishes
• Supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Lead the team to achieve company targets
