Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Team Leader to support the safe and effective delivery of military training across the Defence Training Estate. This hands-on role requires leading a team of Operatives, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining training areas, facilities and equipment at a high standard.

Based at Sennybridge Training Camp in Brecon, this permanent, full-time, on-site position offers a structured schedule with early starts and weekend coverage as part of a rotating

Qualificações

• Must be able to lead a team and coordinate in an operational environment.
• Experience in grounds maintenance, facilities or estate maintenance preferred.
• Ability to plan workloads and prioritise tasks while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out inspections of training areas, facilities, infrastructure and equipment.
• Undertake and coordinate grounds maintenance and estate maintenance activities.
• Operate plant, machinery and specialist equipment.
• Ensure operational records and documentation are completed accurately.
• Support contractor activities where required and act as local contact for operational matters.
• Support continuous improvement across the training estate.

Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Team Leader to support the safe and effective delivery of military training across the Defence Training Estate.Leading a team of Operatives, you’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting range operations, and maintaining training areas, infrastructure and equipment to the required standards. This is a hands‑on role, with much of your time spent working alongside your team across a varied outdoor environment.

Role Details

• Salary: £32,104.11 + £1,127.50 Variable Days Allowance
• Location: Sennybridge Training Camp, Brecon, Powys, Wales LD3 8PN
• Contract: Permanent / Full‑time / On-site
• Hours:Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 16:30

What We’re Looking For

• EssentialAbility to lead a team, supervise or coordinatewithin an operational environment
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance, facilities management, estate maintenance, land management or similar activities
• Ability to plan workloads and prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication skills that support effective working
• IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping systems
• Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
• Plant and machinery operation knowledge is beneficial
• Full UK driving licence
