Job summary

Costa CoffeeBradley Stoke Town Square in Bradley Stoke is recruiting a part-time Team Leader to oversee shifts and support the store team. The role offers 25 and 28 hours per week with a permanent contract possible and on-site parking.

You’ll lead energetic baristas, ensure coffee excellence and customer service, and help manage rota-based shifts including weekends. We value reliability, strong teamwork, and clear communication as you guide the team through daily service while upholding Costa
