Job summary

Chopstix, part of QSRP, is seeking a Team Leader to lead from the front, manage shifts, and drive outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a key holder, you’ll run shifts, support daily operations, and work with management to boost performance while coaching your team to deliver a flavour-packed dining experience.

Your role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional late-night shifts, with opportunities to grow within the QSRP group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead or support a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ownership of shifts and decision-making.

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You’ll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
