Job summary

Chopstix is looking for an Assistant Manager to drive performance, lead shifts, and develop a high-energy team in a fast-paced QSR environment. You will foster a culture of enthusiasm, exceptional service, and the dedication to succeed, stepping up as a motivator and inspirer in our busy restaurant setting.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead shifts, coach your team, and ensure standards across service and sales with a hands-on, customer-centric approach.
