Job summary

Chopstix in the UK is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant with pace and pride. Build a high-performance team, drive daily operations, and deliver outstanding service and profits. You will coach staff, manage labour and costs, and champion our values: Take Pride, All In Together, Quick to Shift, Lead the Way.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in hospitality or QSR.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach from the front.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance data and drive sales and profitability.
• Experience managing labour, food costs, and controllable expenses.

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced hospitality, retail, or QSR environment
• A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front and set the standard for others
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive sales, profitability, and productivity
• Experience managing key business metrics, including labour, sales, food costs, and controllable expenses
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating loyal Flavour Cravers
• The ability to coach, develop, and inspire individuals to reach their full potential
• Experience building positive, inclusive, and engaged team cultures where people feel valued and supported
• A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment
