Job summary

Chopstix Group is seeking a Team Leader and key holder to drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead from the front, manage shifts, and work closely with the management team to foster a culture of teamwork and high standards.

You will coach and support your team, ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, and balance priorities while delivering great food and service during evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer‑focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Hands‑on approach across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate those around you.
