Job Overview

Brook Street Recruitment is seeking an experienced team leader for a well-known security company. The role involves managing a team of Arc Room Controllers, ensuring effective shift operations, performance management, compliance, and staff development.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the effective running of the shift team
2. Manage event and call handling performance to meet KPIs
3. Maintain and improve work quality
4. Ensure compliance with NSI and industry standards
5. Monitor and support team development
6. Conduct one-to-one meetings to boost motivation
7. Identify and deliver training/coaching
8. Assist with customer complaint resolution
9. Produce timely reports on team performance
10. Keep operational knowledge up to date
11. Follow Health and Safety standards within the SOC
12. Uphold company standards, principles, and values

Additional Expectations

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years supervisory experience

Working Conditions

Shift work on a rota basis, typically 36-48 hours per week. Salary: £29,920 per annum.
