A leading company in retail is looking for a Team Leader to support managers and guide their team towards achieving store targets. This role involves championing customer service, motivating staff, and understanding store performance, with opportunities to grow within a supportive environment.
About the role:
Working as a Team Leader in Your Co-op, you’ll be responsible for providing support to managers in coaching, guiding, and coordinating the work of the team to complete their tasks. You’ll also drive them to increase sales, secure customer loyalty, and attain store targets.

Your shift pattern may include some evenings and weekends, but we value your time outside of work. We’ll make sure your rota is available 4 weeks in advance, giving you peace of mind to make the most of your days off.
