Shaftesbury Lisburn is recruiting for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations and support staff and service users in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or be willing to work towards it.
The role includes sleep-in cover with an additional payment and participation in the on-call rota, with a view to delivering flexible, person-centred care in a community setting.

As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional A GBP 60 per sleep in.
As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional A GBP 10 per session.
Lisburn is an Independent Living service. Our Independent Living specialises in providing flexible, client:driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
