Job summary

Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel services in Aberystwyth. You will support the staff team and the people we support to promote a caring and community-minded environment.

We require NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or willingness to work towards it. Sleep-in shifts pay £60 extra; on-call rota pays £10 per session.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day running of the service and support the staff team and the people supported.

About The Role

As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.

We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.

Brodawel is one of 35 registered care homes run by Shaftesbury, the disability charity that connects people with their communities.
