Job summary

Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations across Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel. You will support the staff team and the people we care for, ensuring a high standard of care within a supportive environment.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or be working towards it. Sleep-in shifts carry £60 extra, with £10 per on-call session, and a strong commitment to inclusion and wellbeing is essential.

About The Role

As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.

We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional A GBP 60 per sleep in.

As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional A GBP 10 per session.
