Job summary

Greenfields Children's Service in Abergavenny, South Wales, is seeking a Team Leader to join our residential care team. The role offers a salary of £15.11 per hour plus a sleep-in supplement (£67.50 per sleep-in, approx 8 per month, £5,940pa).

You must have 2 years’ experience in children’s residential settings, a QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent), a full UK driving license, and be available for shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.

• 2 years experience working within children’s residential.
• QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent.
• Full UK driving license (we provide a car / mini bus during working hours).
• Available for Shift Pattern including Weekends and sleep ins.

Team Leader

Salary Range: £15.11 ph + £67.50 sleep-in (approx 8 per month, £5,940pa)

Shift Pattern : 2 days on 4 days off ( with sleep ins )

Location: Abergavenny, South Wales

Due to rural location, a full manual UK Drivers licence and own transport is essential.

We are looking for a Team leader to join our team, who shares the same values as we do. Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children’s rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcome.

Essential
