Job summary

Greene King's Farmhouse Inns is looking for a Team Leader to supervise shifts, lead by example, and ensure the team has everything they need for a smooth shift. You’ll open and close the business, maintain high standards, and keep customers happy while supporting management during busy periods.

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Our Team Leaders are expected to be able to open and close the business along with similar responsibilities as our Assistant Managers.
