• Strong understanding of energy regulation and UK/Scottish policy.
• Proven ability to lead complex programmes, influence stakeholders and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee heat network strategy and performance, ensuring customer outcomes and value for money.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, governance and reporting to Boards.
• Lead customer service, tariffs, investment planning and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with authorities, regulators and partners to drive sustainable heating solutions.
