ROLE PROFILE:

The Team Lead, Content as a Service will lead the centralized team, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and content standards. This role involves understanding content maintenance and updates, supporting Product Owners in prioritizing changes, and delivering services in line with policies and processes.

Additionally, the Team Lead will be accountable for the success of the knowledge management process implemented across the organization, driving continuous improvement of this framework in collaboration with Functional Leads, Content Owners, and key collaborators to enhance user experience. The individual will also lead a team of content writers to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Understand content maintenance and update requirements to support Product Owners in prioritizing changes.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of published content through ongoing development and implementation of strategies and processes.
  • Maintain a content governance framework to uphold standards and align with the business brand and messaging.
  • Lead and mentor the content team to deliver the complete knowledge management process.
  • Encourage development and training of the content team to support knowledge management processes and tools.
  • Supervise daily operations within the knowledge management process, ensuring timely task completion and thorough quality control checks.
  • Assess and incorporate new initiatives into existing practices to keep policies and procedures updated.
  • Evaluate and improve workflows and procedures continuously as the organization grows.
  • Monitor content performance across multiple digital channels and develop strategies to optimize existing content.
  • Use data analytics and customer feedback to measure content efficiency and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with service owners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and communicate progress clearly.
